Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room was very big, super clean, and the bed very comfortable. The shower was glorious. Great location close to the restaurants and to the train station, while still very quiet. Amazing host, super willing to help with recommendations!

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. The host is a very nice guy that gave us a lot of information regarding the place, the history, the testaurants etc. The apartment was right in front of the water, with a splendid view over the sunset.

Room is exceptionally clean, freshly renovated, everything looks brand new. Bed really comfortable. Location is very close to the train station (5 min walk) so perfect for visiting La Cinque Terre. Communication with host is very good. We would definitely like to come back.

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Casa Esmeralda asub La Spezias Castello San Giorgio, Mereväe Tehnikamuuseumi ja Amedeo Lia muuseumi lähedal. Esmeralda is best! Super nice person and excellent host, the apartment is spacious and very bright, 5 min to train station Highly recommended!!!

Affittacamere Ca der Culunellu asub Soviore'is, 47 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest ja 22 km kaugusel Mereväe tehnilisest muuseumist. Terrassiga majutusasutuses pakutakse majapidamisteenust. The hostess was the sweetest Italian lady I ever came across. She and her husband and their dog drove me around to the bus stops every time I needed to go to the town(as the location is a bit inconvenient). Also the restaurant near the place is so good with the best food. The BnB is done up so well. My favourite room from all my stays in Italy

The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.
