Situated in Florence and within 60 metres of Accademia Gallery, Ricasoli Garden Relais has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. I must say that Renascentia was the best accommodation experience I had while in Italy. The hosts were very helpful (recommended several restaurants to try) and the staff was friendly. The property is beautiful and very clean. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise and resulted in us spending more time at the accommodation than originally intended. Highly recommend to get an additional taste of Florence. It is also quite central.

Set in Florence, Domus Plaza is 50 metres from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Well situated in the Duomo district, this guest house is located 50 metres from Piazza del Duomo. Everything it was perfect.,the room the views, the staff, We had been in "superior" hotels, without so many details (tea, coffe, Iron, umbrella,free water bottles..maps, very good restaurant's recomendation..etc..

Affittacamere Delfo is located just outside the historic center of Pisa, a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Great location, only a few steps from city centre. For those who do not like to walk, the bus stop is just around the corner. Apartament well equipped, very clean - it is being cleaned every day. In your room, you will find a bottle of local wine, in the kitchen: tea, coffee and some biscuits. Highly recommend!

Everything was very beautiful: the location(with an amazing view of course), there was old tuscan interior design, the room(very clean and spacious and comfortable) people who work there, garden, breakfast. Set in the centre of Florence, within 500 metres of San Marco Church in Florence and 300 metres of Accademia Gallery, Maison Ginori Guelfa is an accommodation offering quiet street views. Great location and proprietor - Pierpaolo - so communicative, gracious, warm and friendly. Got great sleep in super comfortable bed, excellent AC. All new, modernized. Just charming.

Affittacamere MADE IN PISA Locazione Turistica, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Pisa, 4.4 km from Piazza dei Miracoli, 4.8 km from Pisa Cathedral, as well as 5.1 km from Leaning Tower... It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

Boasting a garden, L'Antico Asilo is set in Stazzema in the Tuscany region, 29 km from Viareggio train station. All rooms include a patio with mountain views and free WiFi. I liked great attitude of the owners and cosy atmosphere of the place. Amazing place to spend time just to relax or stay in between the hike trips.
