They helped me bring my luggage to my room and always poured me water when I needed to refill my bottle. They were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit. The hostel is very cozy and clean. It can get challenging to go to the hostel from the train station especially when you have a luggage but aside from that, everything was perfect and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in sapporo :)
