Situated in remote island of Shiraishi, Shiraishi Island International Villa offers accommodation surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed our stay at International Villa on this small, but beautiful island. The view is absolutely worth it’s price and the room was clean and modern furnished. The house offers everything you need, there is a shared space outside as well as an living room and a spacious kitchen. If you plan to cook, you won’t miss anything. Also the check-in went easy an the manager was very friendly and kind.

Guest House Toranjyo-lit is set in Tamano, 60-minutes from Takamatsu via ferry and 60-minutes from Okayama via train or bus. Guests can enjoy the on-site cafe. Beautiful place to spend the night. Very nice room, beautiful view. The host was so so nice and so helpful to give us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and onsen. Really nice place. Located 15min by foot from the station and the ferry to Naoshima.

Situated within 200 metres of Tanukian Bunko Art Museum and 600 metres of Houkancho Shopping Street, ゲストハウス MEETS 岡山 offers rooms in Okayama. We didn't have breakfast here but the location was super pretty and quite walkable. They allowed us to use the kitchen appliances which was a water heater, fridge, microwave, and even a rice cooker.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, Okayama Hostel Igusa is a traditional 50-year old Japanese-style home that has been renovated into a guesthouse. It was such a beautiful place! Rooms were very comfortable and had an amazing traditional Japanese vibe. The common room was spacious and looked out into the garden. Don't let the location scare you off!
