Very friendly and helpful staff! It was amazing to stay in a traditional Japanese thatched house (over 300 years old). The accommodation was warm and had a very cosy lounge area (with guitars and other instruments to play) and lots of cooking space. The location was also quite spectacular with views of the city at night and located next to a lake, park, and sports facilities. There is also a bus stop directly outside of the property. Definitely a must if you're planning to stay in Nanto.

The accommodation location is excellent. The room has a very beautiful view. The hosts are very friendly and take good care of us. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. I'm sorry we only stayed for one night. I still want to stay here a little longer. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back again. Initially, I was worried because it was our first time driving in the snow in Japan. But the route was very convenient and not difficult to drive at all. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. The view is stunning, and you have to see it with your own eyes.

Situato nello storico paese di Ainokura, dichiarato Patrimonio dell'Umanità, e a 10 minuti di auto dalla località sciistica di Taira, il Minshuku Yomoshirou offre sistemazioni in stile giapponese in... I proprietari (marito e moglie) sono super accoglienti: simpatici e molto gentili. Ci hanno servito la cena alle 18.00 intorno al focolare e lui ci ha intrattenuto con racconti sul loro villaggio e le loro tradizioni (anche culinarie). Cena e colazione a base di prodotti locali, fantastiche!! La struttura è una casa di 300 anni, in condizioni sorprendenti! Bella, pulita, silenziosa. I servizi in comune non sono affatto un problema: sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, comodi e puliti. Un'esperienza unica dall'inizio alla fine!

The tablewares were gorgeous that was my dream tableware and cabinets. All necessities are in place. The foot massager and private parking lot just outside the house were bonuses. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing a chopping knife. The host was nice and helpful. The laundry machine and other home facilities worked perfectly. The place is so clean. Everything feels like cleaned right before we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had three sweet comfy nights.
