The reception is very helpful for giving tips of walking, taking trains and shuttles bus around the Alishan area. The hotel offers shuttle pick-up and drop-off from and to the Alishan transportation station. The room is nice and clean with some thoughtful prepared heating pads to go for the sunrise viewing tour. The hotel is a great value in this area. The breakfast is very local and nice.
