The hosts provided us with super detailed instructions how to access the villa. We had absolutely no problem getting in and out. Our communication with the hosts was fantastic. The villa's location is excellent. The villa itself is very nice, well kept, very comfortable for a family of 5. It is equipped with everything you need...except a wine bottle opener :)

We were well received by the owner and felt very welcome. The villa is in perfect condition, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. Outdoor spa, sun beds, gas grill, everything in household appliances, nice kitchen, internet, tv's, and so on. You could live there for quite a while without missing anything. The views are simply fantastic. We enjoyed walking down to the beach front in the morning to jog to Italy and back, and bring back fresh bread for breakfast.

The location was wonderful but as a very short stay I know we did not do it justice and feel we will need to return to explore more. I walked to the market and also the craft market as we explored at Menton further and my photos are from that walk. There was also an organised run in the town but we could still get around and also cheer on the runners.

The room was good size but bed was close to wardrobe. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was kept very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed of tickets for train after I sent them an email with them on. We had a room with a good size balcony at rear of hotel There is no tea and coffee in room but a kettle and cups provided on request when we booked (we brought our own coffee)
