Great place in a beautiful setting. Clean and new. Didn't use the kitchen but it was modern and nice. Small bedrooms but no shared walls like in a hotel or apartment. We enjoyed it.

Nice to be able to spread out in a large caravan, which is more like a tiny house than a caravan.

There was an on-site swimming pool and gym. Food served on site all day and night, Huge bed! which was very comfortable. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, but this was kindly compensated by a free round of drinks at the bar whilst we waited. Hotel was very quiet in our room, we were able to open the window for fresh air and the air conditioning worked well. All the hotel staff bar 1 was very polite and friendly, the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive.

On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, offering enough space to move around. The large windows provided plenty of natural light. Additionally, the inclusion of a good sized television added to the entertainment options available.

This is a standard Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is typical of Holiday Inn. It has the added advantage of a swimming pool (which we did not use). There is also easy access to buses in to Edinburgh. Parking was also free although a not easy to find. A short walk up the road and there are a couple of pubs and other eating places.

very large caravan park but this particular mobile home is located on the periphery. Dog friendly, easy to walk the dogs on neighboring meadow. Perfect base for Ediburgh and Lothian trips

Hotel was very modern, had a Starbucks and own restaurant. Restaurant food was delicious!! Very reasonably priced and had plenty of entertainment. Plenty of extras too with a gym and a swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't use. Room was clean and tidy, could hear a bit of noise but not too much.

The Bar Staff were great and there was evening entertainment provided up until 10pm. Having a swimming pool was good but changing rooms were very small. Location was ok. Parking on site via underground car park but only a maximum space for around 15 cars (I'm glad we arrived early)

The location of the caravan on the site was perfect, only a few minutes walk to all the main facilities, entertainment, swimming pool and the shop. The caravan contained all the essentials and the layout was perfect for our family, plenty of space for our daughter to play.
