Nastanitev Nini's Beach Bungalows je od znamenitosti Plaža Pantai Bara oddaljena le nekaj korakov in nudi restavracijo, vrt, teraso ter zasebno plažo. We stayed at Nini’s seaview bungalow for three nights, just a couple meters from the ocean. Nini’s is the only place with both restaurant and bungalow facing the water, which is a huge advantage compared to other resorts (and very good value for money). The bungalow is very comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated. The spaces are nicely designed, the food is amazing, and we will miss having breakfast with sea view. With only two bungalows, the atmosphere remains very familiar. Nini and the staff were very helpful and happily accommodated our requests, the service was exceptional. Bira is not as touristy as other Indonesian islands, don’t expect plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars, but if you are looking for a beach escape the place is perfect. Don’t miss out on diving and snorkeling.

Built in traditional Torajan style, Rura Raya Homestay is situated in Rantepao. The rooms here offers modern comforts and while maintaining the traditional decor. Me and my friend had a wonderful time in Toraja, and staying at Rura Raya was the best choice! The owner Manaek is a lovely and warm person ready to help with anything you might need, and she is an amazing cook-literally the best food we had in Indonesia! The room is clean and has a beautiful view of traditional Torajan houses. Highly recommended!!!

Offering an accommodation with a dive centre, Happy Gecko Dive Resort is located on Bunaken Island in North Sulawesi, just steps from the island’s world-famous beaches and diving sites. Snorkeling on the dive boat was excellent. Felt I was being looked out for. Two different locations each morning. Great dive crew. Bed in the cabin was comfortable.

Guesthouse Guesthouse The 4 Fish is located in Tongkaina. Just 18 km from Manado and a 10-minute walk from a dive centre. The view from the terrace, the hospitality from Lea and her lovely attentive team, the chilled atmosphere, the nice pool.

Located in Bunaken, 3WILL Bunaken Dive Resort is only a short distance from beautiful snorkelling and diving spots. It boasts a diving centre, massage services and a tour desk. What a gem! The food is excellent, the room comfortable, the diving incredible and the staff … wow! Everyone from the dive guides and crew to the kitchen and house/grounds keeping staff were very attentive, taking care of the needs of their guests. We can’t say enough about our experience here!

Located in the famed diving site of Bunaken, Onong Resort offers cosy and homey beachfront accommodation featuring free WiFi access throughout the property. Clear water with clean beds and delicious meal.

Located right on Bara Beach in Bira, Cosmos Bungalows offers a beautifully simple beachfront accommodation where each bungalow has sea view. Free on-site parking space for guests who drive. Amazing view and clean place. The staff was so nice and add some papaya to our breakfast and give me some bananas for a snack. They organise a nice boat for us for the day and we had a great time

Located on Bunaken Island along the Pangalisan Beach, Cakalang Resort offers diving and snorkeling opportunities on-site. It has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. We had a great time at cakalang with Fernando and his wife being extremely accomodating. Debbie the receptionist/cook was amazing and made the best food we have had in Indonesia. Great diving experience with the team here also. Can’t wait to return some time soon!

Set on a mountain with views of natural scenery, Gardenia Country Inn is a 10-minute drive from Tomohon Traditional Market. The property is just gorgeous. It's big, so you can roam around seeing the views towards the volcanoes. It's full of flowers everywhere, and there are tons of wild birds that visit the place, so it's a great place for birders and photographers. The area looks more like a park or garden, just beautiful. The restaurant area is very cozy, and you can easily spend a few hours relaxing on the terrace. We also liked the staff, always ready to help and assist you. The manager is very friendly and communicative, with great insight into the area and local costumes. The cabins are spacious, clean, and comfortable , with great views from the front terrace. They are located on the edge of the property, so they have a lot of privacy.

Bunaken Divers Sea Breeze Resort is located on a quiet spot on Pangalisang Beach, just 80 metres from the finest sites in the Marine Park. It provides free Wi-Fi and a PADI-certified diving centre. Gorgeous location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere and absolutely world-class diving :)
