So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Teníamos un apartamento amplio, muy cómodo, nuevo y limpio. La amabilidad del chico que nos atendía en todo momento, nos hizo el desayuno, trajo la cena e incluso nos dejó darnos una ducha después de nuestra excursión a Wadi Shab aunque ya hubiéramos dejado la habitación varias horas antes por la mañana. Todo perfecto, está situada a un kilómetro de la entrada del embarcadero de Wadi Shab, la ubicación es perfecta.

I have it 10 mainly because of the value for money, let's face it don't expect 5 stars service when your paying as little as 1.5 omani. The view is beyond amazing The host is such a nice person, him and his son Absolutely recommended location
