The room was bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures and super comfortable. It’s located a short walk from the plaza de armas and right on the corner for the buses to Chan Chan ruins and the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome.

Ambigua Hospedaje dispone de vistas a la ciudad y terraza. Ofrece alojamiento con una ubicación ideal en Trujillo, a poca distancia de Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, Casa del Mayorazgo de Facalá y... Great host, location and wifi connection. The terrace is also a huge plus. I really enjoyed my stay at this place, although I didn´t like the city itself that much. If ever returning to Trujillo, I would definitely stay here again and do recommend this accommodation to anybody!

Totora Surf Hostel está en Huanchaco, a 2 min a pie de Playa Huancarute, y tiene terraza, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. We had the most AMAZING time at Totora Surf School and it was very hard to leave after three weeks! The rooms and property were always clean and organised and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Great value for money. But what made our stay so wonderful were the people! Laura and Diego are wonderful people and the care they put into their business is obvious. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and were especially kind and attentive to my dog Colt who would be very happy if we stayed forever! :) Their surf school team are all great people and Colt and I were happy to leave having made a bunch of new friends!

AYPA Hostal está en Trujillo, a menos de 1 km de Iglesia De La Merced y a 9 min a pie de Ciudadela de Barro Chan Chan. Because I had to arrive incredibly early and also leave early in the night, the lady on duty was so kind and offered breakfast that morning when I arrived. She was so kind and helpful in every way from the minute I arrived until I departed. It was a very handy place to stay close to where the Cruz del Sur coaches were leaving from, with links there to Lima, Tumbes, Guayaquil, Chimbote, Chiclayo, etc.
