The staff were fantastic. The room was great. The air conditioner was fantastic, and the ceiling fan too. There was mosquito netting around the bed (although I didn't see any mosquitos, probably because of the air conditioning?). Breakfast by the pool was very nice, and the many resident dogs were very good boys and girls. I also recommend a couple of drinks: the Caribbean Dream and the Choco Loco.

It is very clean (especially the shared toilets and showers), the pools are great, there are loads of options to hang out, and things to do (pool, ping pong, jenga). The staff is very accommodating and the food in the restaurant is awesome. Would definitely recommend!!
