Great central location, staff were super friendly and efficient, really spacious communal area in the bar with reasonably priced food and drink and appreciate that there is a small area of sofas at the night reception desk which is quiet, even later in the evening when the bar is still open. Also love the digital keys - don't have to carry a key card or remember a passcode, just download the app and you're sorted. The charge for left luggage was really reasonable (£2 for cabin sized luggage) to not have to schlepp your stuff around all day if you don't leave until later. In the room the lockers were really big with a clothes rail in so you can hang things up, love that the toilet/shower in the dorm were in separate cubicles so multiple people can get ready at the same time and each bed had a little shelf with two plug sockets, a usb and individual light so you can keep small items to hand and charge your phone etc.

I like absolutely everything about this hostel. The atmosphere, people there, the owner. I would stay longer if I could, sadly I had to leave Liverpool. Had the best time, met the loveliest people, had brilliant talk with Kev and his family, slept on the comfiest bed and enjoyed is very much. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you very much.

Lights by each bed. Good wi-fi. Nice kitchen, lounge and game (pool table) area. The only hostel I've been out of eight hostels on my trip so far that has privacy cushions for each bunk bed -- not only nice for privacy, it also means you don't keep others await with you bedside light. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great value for the price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Its location is quite convenient, as it's close to the city centre. There are ongoing renovations aimed at improving the overall quality of the place.

Absolutely nothing. Place is bogging
