Beds were comfy, room was big enough and had great A/C. Toilets/showers were clean, tidy and easily accessible. Really good location as it’s right next to Ōsu Market and a short walk to the nearest train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had and recommended me places to eat and sightsee.

The facility was complete in basic necessities. It only has 3 floors which is nice and won't have a hard time carrying luggage. The staff was very accommodating and provides good and delicious breakfast. The location is good and lots of things to do and to eat around the area.

The staff were friendly, polite, and understanding despite our total lack of Japanese language skills. Amenities were freely accessible, the room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the beds + pillows were very comfortable.

Very easy to find. Near to train station Jr Subway and Airport line. There are hot/cool machine water. Free ice cubes free miso soup from machine. There is woman- only floor . I highly recommend .
