The hostel is simply but clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and supportive. They went above and beyond during my stay. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pans, spices, and and even an oven. There are clothing lines for drying your clothes, and hot water in the shower. The mosquitos also were thankfully not that bad. Highly recommend if you want a cheap but comfortable place to stay.

It was clean and tidy, the breakfast was amazing and the people made everything better. Édi is an amazing host and helped me to set up the whole trip. I would definitely go back if I have the chance.

This was invaluable as a solo traveller. The help and patience with my Portuguese pronunciation was also very welcome! It's also in a lovely location, very close to the main street in the town.
