The hosts were wonderful. The setting on the top of a hill had lovely views. The food was delicious. It is impeccably run. Every traveler should take a break and stay here 2-3 days at least.

El Kimaná Hostal se encuentra en Santa Rosa de Cabal, a 10 km del spa termal de Santa Rosa, y ofrece jardín, zona de parrilla y vistas al jardín. Great atmosphere. Amazing staff. I arrived earlier than the check in time but they accommodated me. Fernando helped with all my plans. It's slightly cheaper if you reserve a spot with them for the Santa Rosa Termales. Kitchen was well equiped, had coffee available in the mornings. Very clean. Good hot showers. Great location, the buses to Pereira/termales pass right in front of the hostel.

La Reserva Guadalajara se encuentra en Salento, a 26 km de Santa Rosa de Cabal, y ofrece parrilla y vistas a las montañas. El establecimiento cuenta con bar y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Don Diego and his wonderful staff made this the most perfect experience ever. My only complaint is that this was the first place I stayed at the beginning of my 2-month trip to Colombia, and nothing else could match the perfection and loveliness of Reserva Guadalajara. The domain is full of different birds and plants. You don't need to go anywhere, the beauty is just all around you. My corner room was amazing, with a double view on the garden. It was enough to just lie in bed and listen to the birds and the rain... Such peace, such joy... The shower, the bathroom, the bed, the linen, all perfect. There is plenty of room to put your personal belongings, the room is plenty big and there was even a desk so I could work. I also loved to work on the porch, with its view over the garden. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. I never had a better breakfast throughout my stay in the country. Lunch and dinner were less than perfect, but still filling. Don Diego took me horseriding. It was my first time on a horse, but I felt super comfortable. The horse knew what he was doing, and the elegant, lively, pleasant Don Diego was always there with his wonderful conversation. I went to explore La Carbonera with a friend of Don Diego's, Carlos Escobar Botero, and that was also an unforgettable experience. It's cheap and easy to take a taxi to Salento or to Filandia. I walked to Salento once but there are too many cars, it's dangerous. There are several beautiful walks around the lodging, with rivers and great trees. My dream was to return there at the end of my trip, but it wasn't possible. I will always try to return. It was like a dream.

El alojamiento Hacienda Venecia Hostel ofrece WiFi gratuita y pileta al aire libre abierta durante todo el año, y se encuentra en Manizales, a 7 km del teleférico Cable Vía. Very welcoming and really helpful with everything we needed. They made us feel like at home. There is a mini market so you can cook yourself, but also the breakfast and lunch offered is really delicious! We could use the pool as well and had a really relaxing time! The coffee tour is super interesting and we would definitely recommend it!

We had a very relaxed time at Casa Mochila. Patricia is very welcoming and caring, the beds are comfortable and the facilities are great.
