The hostel is super social and most people have the same plans, so it’s super easy to find people to go to Tayrona with.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Masaya Casas Viejas is set 30 minutes away from Minca in the Magdalena Region by 4x4 or motorcycle, and 12 mi from Santa Marta. It’s an amazing place to relax, the facilities are really good specially the pool and the food it’s delicious

Hostal Vista Verde Minca features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Minca. Providing a bar, the property is located within 19 km of Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Really lovely hostel in the mountains. A very chilled place with kind staff. Everything was immaculate and we loved our stay there. It is a long walk but it’s worth it and all part of the experience!

The Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in El Zaino. This place is stunning! Feels really luxury but such a good quality price. Best food I’ve had in a hostel in Colombia, or any hostel actually the owner is a chef. Try to book early to get one of the huts with an amazing view. Easy access to tayrona either a 1km walk or short bus ride. Also look out for the endangered monkeys at breakfast time!

Located in Minca, 33 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Mano Verde Minca provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. A little piece of paradise located far from everything and perfect to disconnect. The food was simply fantastic and the view was priceless. Amazing vibe and very nice owner. Everything was perfect !

The place is beautiful, it’s super clean, new and very very cosy. The common area is amazing, with hammocks and the nice garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook. And the lady Ruth at the reception was really lovely with me during my stay. Even if you have to walk 10 min from the main road, it worth is as the place is really quiet at night and you don’t hear the noise from the road. Unfortunately I could stayed only one night but I would have loved to stay longer.

The staff/owner were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very adequate for the number of beds, it was clean, and I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The breakfast was very nice as well. Highly recommended.
