Boasting a garden, terrace and views of mountain, Hostel Harzer Hof is situated in Hahnenklee-Bockswiese, 17 km from Imperial Palace. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Having a room and en suite was great, the kitchen well stocked and laid out. Being in the centre of the village was lively, too, - until the pub / restaurant had to celebrate some sports event and the next night offered an open sir rock concert in the street between the hostel and the pub. Both nights were ratger noisy for my liking.

Nice and clean with good style. Brand new interior in a very old, out of square house. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast in lovely outside area.

Hostel & Hotel Braunlage is located in Braunlage, within 6.3 km of Harz National Park and 23 km of Train Station Bad Harzburg. Fair value for money, some fresh pineapple for breakfast, comfy mattress, all clean, close to center

Hostel Goslar offers a terrace, garden and free bicycle rentals and is centrally located in Goslar, at the edge of the Harz Mountains. I really enjoyed sitting beside the entrance door in the comfortable seat! The room setting (fairy tale) was original. I'm therefore the more curious, how do the other rooms in accordance with other topics look like...

Quietly located on the outskirts of Quedlinburg, this hostel is just a 10-minute walk from the medieval Market Square. It offers simple accommodation with shared or private kitchen facilities. Very friendly staff, Hostel room was more like three-room apartment and of course -- almost in centre of UNESCO-heritage!
