After spending three nights at this hostel, I am happy to leave a full score review here for it ! I simply loved the place. The hostel has a very special inviting vibe, and makes you want to get to know other people, especially over the trips to the markets of London, the free dinner (which was perfect for a vegetarian person like me), the drinking games and bar outings which enable you to bond with other guests as well as the staff. The place was really clean, which is something I worry about a lot usually when I travel, but this was very well taken care of, which I really appreciated. Some particular points I enjoyed and I would like to point out : - I arrived earlier than my check in time, and Dan was so sweet to help me put my luggage in a safe spot until check in time. - After I checked out, I stayed at the hostel because I was working remotely that day, and everyone was super sweet and friendly regarding that. They allowed me to work in a dedicated space, which really meant a lot to me. - Lastly, I have to mention the staff again and again!! What a lovely group of people!! Dan, Ryan, Maya, Meg, Bert, and everyone else !!! You are amazing, thanks for making me feel like a part of your family during my short stay! Looking forward to seeing London (and you) again soon!

The nearest airport is London City Airport, 20 km from the hostel. Amazing reception staff: helpful, friendly, accommodating! I felt welcome from the minute I entered the premises. Very comfortable beds, lockers to store luggage, a nicely equipped kitchen, a good variety of breakfast foods (Nutella makes it really special) plus an inner outdoor yard to sit down and have a smoke (which is quite a problem in many other places). The place has a good vibe, it is homely...

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, and free daily activities and evening events. I had the best time at this hostel. It was my first time in a hostel and solo travelling and I could not have picked a better hostel than this. The stuff is awesome. I loved the social aspect as it helped me to have an amazing time and it was definately never a boring minute. A lot of the reviews have a negative about the showers being small with no space to have your things but once you get there you really do not care about this. You make it work because everything else is amazing. I am definately going again.

The hostel is 500 metres from Belsize Park, 700 metres from Hampstead and 900 metres from Finchley Road. London Heathrow Airport is 22 km away. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and the location was great! I was very comfortable.

Rooms are dormitory style and some benefit from an en suite bathroom, while others have shared bathroom facilities. Forgive me but I think it was Pablo who greeted me with a fine welcome and was very helpful throughout my short stay. Comfortable, secure and just right for people on the move. Great, firm beds with handy reading light which doesn't bother other sleepers.

Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage provides award-winning budget accommodation in a beautiful Victorian Grade II listed building. The Lodge offers a bar and free Wi-Fi access in public areas, just 2 miles from the West End. They were a good stuff nice place
