YHA Liverpool Albert Dock is a modern, 4-star hostel set in the heart of the city, next to the Albert Dock and 10 minutes’ walk from vibrant nightlife. Usually I don’t write reviews when I’m still staying, but the world needs to know how good this place is. Central location (5 min walk to One bus station), very nice and helpful staff, good tomato soup, lots of places to sit and relax, a kitchen and cheap laundry. I recommend this place to everyone!

Known for its nightlife, Kabannas Liverpool is located on the corner of Stanley Street and Mathew Street. Free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk are available in the property. Great stuff (especially Jenn), tasty breakfast, prompt response to requests, and clean room. Highly recommended! Each bed has its outlets and two wireless chargers.

The Embassie is a 200 years old, vintage mansion and the first hostel in Liverpool. Located in the Georgian Quarter, the property is a 12 minutes walk from the city center. I like absolutely everything about this hostel. The atmosphere, people there, the owner. I would stay longer if I could, sadly I had to leave Liverpool. Had the best time, met the loveliest people, had brilliant talk with Kev and his family, slept on the comfiest bed and enjoyed is very much. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you very much.

In Liverpool city centre, International Inn offers hostel accommodation with free Wi-Fi, in a converted Victorian warehouse. Liverpool Lime Street rail station is a 5-minute walk away. Lights by each bed. Good wi-fi. Nice kitchen, lounge and game (pool table) area. The only hostel I've been out of eight hostels on my trip so far that has privacy cushions for each bunk bed -- not only nice for privacy, it also means you don't keep others await with you bedside light. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Its location is quite convenient, as it's close to the city centre. There are ongoing renovations aimed at improving the overall quality of the place.
