The train from toyama has the most beautiful view and I'm glad we got there by sunlight. The location is great and next to the cable car to murodo to climb Mt. Oyama.

Guesthouse Iwase is set in Toyama, 2.2 km from Toyama-kō and 14 km from Toyama Family Park. The host was really kind, he made conversation with me even though I speak little japanese and recommended a few spots around the area to visit. Both the house and the share rooms were more spacious than I expected, and I also got a couple of free tram tickets with my stay. Great experience.

The accommodation is beautiful and spacious. Perfect location to see the area. The owner is a kind soul and stayed with me during the evening so i wouldn't be all alone.
