I love the location of the property, the fact I was able to have access to all the comfort that was needed to make myself comfortable, and it had its own bathroom and kitchenet was very helpful especially after a very long drive

Great place to stay with gorgeous views on the surrounding mountains. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We had a little four-legged uninvited guest in our bedroom, which found that the food items we had stored there were to its taste. The problem was quickly solved when the staff gave us a trap (there should be mice traps under one of the beds in each room, so you might want to double-check that there's one before you leave food lying around!).

El Last Light Lodge está situado en Tuatapere, en la isla sur, y ofrece habitaciones reformadas con 1 cama super extragrande (o 2 camas extragrandes individuales), TV inteligente y WiFi gratuita. Atmosphere is very important too me. All the people that worked there were very helpful for want I needed to enjoy my self in this area of New Zealand. Also the diners may have been some of the best I ever had. It look like we were at a high class French restaurant.

I plan on another trip to New Zealand and will certainly stay here again. I will be sure that it will only get better. The dinners are superb and a great singing voice. It has to be taken for what it is, sit back and chill!!
