At the hostel, rooms include a wardrobe. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and some rooms at The Rock Samui - formerly known as The Rock Residence - SHA Extra Plus have a balcony. At the accommodation all rooms include bed linen and towels. The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.
