It is located within district 40001 (the most premium one) and is right in the middle between Arenal and Museum neighboroughs. Arenal is well known for its restaurants a vibrant fine nightlife and Museum is more of a quiet one but full of shopping and convenience places. You will find the airport bus stop (super cheap inbound and outbound trips) right across the street. Mercadona (big grocery store) is right in the plaza at the back of the hotel that is right in front of the house. You also can find a pharmacy at sight from the house (80m.)
