Private kidney-shaped swimming pool of 9x4m, with Roman steps, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, wicker sofas, large stone table with garden chairs, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, fridge for wine bottles and sink. The plot has an area of ​​969m2 and is fenced. The distance to the (stone) beach Granadella is 4km, to the beach Arenal 5km. Pets are allowed
