Detached holiday home with a private fenced pool, well-kept gardens, barbecue area and a covered porch. The property is ideal for enjoying some rest and relaxation as it is located in a very quiet area. The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The spacious kitchen is very well-equipped and has a dining table. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The exterior area of this house really is outstanding, with its lovely garden and the fenced pool for security if travelling with little ones. There is an added bonus that despite the quiet area, the centre of Conil is just a five minute walk away and Los Bateles beach is around a 10 minute walk.

This area is a great year round destination thanks to the mild climate, the busiest and lively season is from May to October, but you will never be short of things to do at any time of year. There is a great choice of eating places in the area, lots of good traditional restaurants very close by, and in the evenings the streets of Conil are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
