This recently built house or independent chalet (2021) on one floor in a natural environment, modern, comfortable and with lots of light inside, has exteriors surrounded by large terraces with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, has a rectangular pool (4x6m, 120-145 cm depth) with a 350 m2 terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, it has 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and great views with big windows, all bedrooms have smart TV and electric blinds where each Tomorrow you will be able to wake up with wonderful views, 3 beds of 150cm-190cm in length, well-equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron, living room with digital TV with international channels, new furniture ,air conditioning with hot and cold pump, wifi, barbecue, Alexa, table football, board games, badminton game, etc..., It is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful town of La Herradura, the road is paved, it is only 350 meters dirt road before reaching the house, South facing with sun all day.
