Spacious family home in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Colorado Springs. Enjoy expansive views overlooking the city from both decks, mountains, and Air Force academy from the back deck, plus a huge spiral slide! Spend your evenings around a rustic, stone fire in the back yard. Inside, find a dining room, two living rooms, and a game room with a Pool Table. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day of adventuring!

Beautiful neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance from Cottonwood Creek Park, a frisbee golf course, and running/walking trail. Guests can park in the driveway or in the garage. Colorado Springs is large, so I recommend having a car during your stay. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are the best options for external transportation.
