L'Haven Inn & Suites Downtown Houston offre sistemazioni a 2 stelle. Situato a Houston, a 11 km dal Wortham Center e dal Buffalo Bayou Park. Now this was a good surprise! For a motel, this sure comes across as a decent affordable hotel. The place is clean, well maintained, parking is fine. I've stayed here twice on my trip, two different rooms, so a decent sample. The showers work, good pressure, warm works excellently. Paint and maintenance all look like it is recently well maintained. Breakfast was also the best I had anywhere, decent variation of choices, including several warm options. If they keep this up, this is a place I'll for sure get back to on my next trip through Houston. Best price/quality I've seen on my Texas trip, and I've seen a bunch of places. If you keep in mind this is a motel, you will for sure be contented and I expect as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Pool was great, it was heated, so we could come back from the beach and continue the fun. Easily walkable to the beach. Rooms were well equipped with a fairly full kitchen. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well designed. Staff went out of their way to reunite a lost bag with my 10 year old, so extremely happy with the service. Breakfast was well stocked, with lovely staff. Even a secondhand bookshop, where you could swap a book.

Very basic clean and comfortable room in a safe location. Nothing fancy but everything was up to a good standard. The check in was simple. The area is quiet and it is easy to get a good nights rest.
