Everything!! Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Location was great. Breakfast was home-made and delicious. The room had great character and was very clean. They also provide parking 30 meters from the place (with 18 Euros per day), which was very helpful, since the streets in Lucca's centre are a bit narrow and you don't want to look for a nice parking spot by yourself. Staff was also very kind.

The finest details around the flat made it that little bit special and definitely gave you the Italian feel. Francesco is an amazing host and is around if u need anything. The location is right in the centre of Lucca. The flat itself has so much character, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Each room is very spacious and feels like home, the kitchen and cooking facilities are amazing and has everything u need. The shower is so powerful and lovely and hot. The terrace area just topped it off and gave an additional space to catch some sun, eat some food and relax with some wine.

We had a separate room for our kids in addition to a charming balcony and a kitchen. The host was really nice and waited for us when we checked in late at night. There are several cute animal that you can pet: a dog, a cat and 2 donkeys.

We were met by Agnese, a friendly host. There was even a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on arrival, a nice touch! Our dog enjoyed it too, pet friendly place!
