Such a lovely place… A very friendly and welcoming staff, nice terrace, also great dinner and breakfast. Room was quiet and clean. Beautiful walks in the surroundings.

Amazing location - last property before the sea and the coastal path. Out the main window was pasture, stone fences, cattle and the sea in the distance. Amazing. Local pub and restaurant a short walk away past more cattle and stone walls. Tin mining museum (with cafe locally well known for amazing breakfasts) was also pretty short walk. Could just park the car and enjoy. Couldn’t find a better Cornish situation In addition facilities perfect for a couple -even had a clothes washing machine with a laundry tab provided (muddy paths!). Kitchen was remarkably complete. Home cooked muffins greeted us on our arrival.

Cathy and Martin are amazing hosts, anything I might have wished for was provided. The room was much larger than I expected and dual aspect, with a modern shower room attached. Breakfast was cooked to order with options of fruit, cereal, yoghurt a range of plant-based milk, and cow's milk. It's a quiet location on the edge of a village, I had a really good night's sleep, the only noise being from the birds singing in the tree to the front of the room.
