We were happy to have a fridge, a water cooker, coffee, tea and sugaring our room. The bathroom was enough big and it was clean. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

Guests can enjoy city views. the location was amazing. The day we were to leave ,I was unwell, they let us have a later check out , called a taxi for us, helped us with our luggage and got me tissues and lollies . It was so appreciated. The instructions to get in were so simple and clear. We had the room with the small terrace which was lovely.
