Situated in Encamp, 25 km from Naturland, Les Pardines 1819 Mountain suites & SPA features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Customer service provided by Louisa was superb. The property was beautiful and serene, with wonderful hiking trails. Although the restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, we were given excellent recommendations as an alternative. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again for longer!

This comfortable hotel is in central Pas de la Casa, by the Grandvalira Ski Resort. It offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. All rooms at the Petit Hotel have a private balcony. Maria and her team are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is at the heart of town and very accessible to the ski resort. The room given to us is very clean, cozy and has an amazing view of the Pyrenees.

This tastefully decorated hotel is set in the heart of the Pyrenees and offers guided tours and a ticket service - the ideal way to enjoy a ski and hiking trip. The staff were excellent and happy to help with anything. The rooms were really clean and the breakfast was brilliant. We'll be back!

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. A week of skiing for a family with small children, one of the most unforgettable trip. An excellent hotel, large and comfortable rooms, a wonderful children's room, the most hospitable staff ( fantastic staff!!) and wonderful cuisine. Excellent spa. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We liked everything in this hotel. Very clean, nice room. The bathroom is great. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The man managing the breakfast was super nice. Will recommend.

We loved the terrace outside and the fireplace zone inside too. Cosy and homey.

The greatest advantage is how close it is to the ski lift, you only have to walk a couple meters. It also has a ski locker and access to a spa (with a pool, sauna and bath) and a small gym. We were also very close to L’Abarset, which is one of the best places for apré-ski in Grandvalira. El Tarter is beautiful and you can easily visit the other sectors or Andorra la Vella.

The best experience for the last 4-5 Years. If you compare with other hotels this should be full 4-stars, but not just 3-stars hotel. Amazing food included (everyday new menu). Good breakfasts, nice SPA (with really hot Sauna). Bus stop near hotel. Just 1 minute walking from telecabina Canillo. You can get fast the center of Grandvalira from sector Canillo (about 15-20 minutes) and coming back also very easy.

Parking in front is paid from 8:00 to 20:00 I believe, but if you ride the Andbus transfer the bus stops are very close. The heating was good and the apartment was cozy. A little point that you should mention, when go to Pas de la Casa by car. There is no free parking in the city even with Grandvalira ski pass. But you can leave it on the streets and pay a little at the parking meter.

I like the view from our room, it is near to Grandvalira and the hotel also have shuttle van going to the ski resort which is hassle free for us as we don't have a car. The receptionists is very friendly and informative. They also speak english and answered our query.

Amazing location right next to the gondola with lockers and ski shop all within the same complex. The food was great. We opted for half board in the buffet restaurant which had a great variety for breakfast and dinner. Rooms cleaned every day with a turn down service. Junior Suited are large and spacious for a family of 4. The staff delighted to help at every opportunity, despite it being the final week of the season.
