Picturesque location, fresh herbal scented air, beautiful sunsets. The hotel has really nice interiors, Tufenkian's recognizable style. Very clean. Nice open swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Great staff. Great place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely return!

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

The staff were very nice and kind to us. Especially Mr. Vahak was a real gentleman. He was perfect. If we come back to Sevan, Sevano would be our first and only choice. Ladies there were nice too. For our budget it was good overall.

Sasha was very friendly. He was just opening the hotel and we suddenly arrived! He made everything ready as soon as possible. The fish was fresh and also the breakfast was awesome. Location is perfect, just next to the beach. I was happy and I recommend if you are looking for a value for money stay.
