The staff was so kind and helpful. They even sent our laundry out for a small fee. You could easily walk to the bus station or downtown to shop or have dinner.

The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring a great stay. There is secure off street parking and a large common area for guests. The breakfast was good and guests have use of the fridge and plates, utensils, etc in the kitchen (common) area.

The nearest airport is Aviador Carlos Campos Airport, 19 km from the hotel. the place is wonderful, very quiet and peaceful in summer, excellent for couples. is was no snow so the place was half empty so very very quiet, the staff super helpful and nice, the room like the description, the view excellent and the breakfast not a continental one but with enough options.
