The breakfast was amazing and there was lots of choice. The staff was so friendly and service minded. I saw guests thank individuals in the staff in person before leaving because they thought the service was so great and I felt that same way. They checked us in early and were very accommodating. The facilities were great and we were almost alone in the spa the days we went. The restaurant was great and had a good vibe. Great drinks and wines. Our room was amazing with a view over the slope and the hotel had a direct lift to the ski depot and to the gondola! We also parked our car for free in the garage and the garage was connected to the building which made it easy. Everything was great 10/10 all around.

The ski and boot room was accessible through a different door with was much closer to the ski slopes - reducing walking in ski boots is always a great thing!

The location was perfect, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which was really convenient if you travel with kids. Within a few steps you'll be at the centre of the town with shops, cafes, restaurants and the infamous Arlberg Wellcom. Parking is also uncomplicated with their own garage. The breakfast has everything that you need. But on top of everything was the heart-warming and welcoming hospitality of Michael and the team. They were so helpful and accommodating during our 3 nights stay there.

Everything! First time in St Anton am Arlberg, charming little mountain resort with excellent infrastructure. Hotel very well located, close to the train station and cable cars. Perfect size of room, lovely decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet included, Sommerkarte included, with plenty of activities to choose from - do not miss the Tiroler Abend! Owner/ Reception & breakfast host is so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff - happy to arrange ski passes at reception and the hotel was able to agree a late check out. The hotel is very conveniently located for public transport. The 91 bus between Langen am Arlberg railway station and Lech stops right outside the hotel (Zürs Arlberghaus) as does the 92 to St Anton railway station in the evenings - during the day the 92 stops at the Trittkopfbahn about 200m away.

This is an incredible hotel with a great restaurant and very good service. I wonder why it is a 3 star hotel. It definitely corresponds to a 4 star level. The food is very delicious and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. Stuben is 5-minute drive and from there you have direct access to the Arlberg ski area. Parking in Stuben is free. The only thing it's a little bit far away from the cable car.

Very quiet small village, close to the Vorarlberg pass, perfect as a stopover on the road to Innsbruck (or to Switzerland). The hotel has been very recently renovated, mostly with wood and stone, which makes for a superb cosy atmosphere. Car park available for free just in front of the hotel. Hotel location is exceptional, the view from my room was heavenly. Breakfast offered a great choice, dinners were gourmet-cooked. I felt welcome, taken care of and at home. I am especially grateful to Stefan and Victoria from the reception and Ratko from the restaurant. I don‘t know the name of the man who brings guests and their luggage to the cable car station, but I am extremely happy that he exists.

Fabulous, quiet location 12 minutes walk up the hill from the Galzig telecabin. There are good apres ski bars near this lift, plus good ski hire options. The hotel has its own bus stop on the free local bus route around the village. Brilliant hotel restaurant, with really attentive high quality service too. The five course evening meals are some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere! There’s a lovely good sized swimming pool and a great sauna and steam room too. Fabulous breakfast too, offering just about anything you could ever want. Free prompt pick up / drop off service to the train station. The staff were friendly and very attentive.
