It’s a gorgeous property about 10 min. golfcart ride from downtown. The pool is great, in a beautiful setting. The Reef Houses are not around the main pool, but a bit further and that’s what makes them the perfect place for a family. The staff is really nice, Gian at the front desk is amazing but all the others are very helpful as well. When our golfcart broke down, Alfonso, the taxi driver was there in less than a minute to take us. We looked at other resorts on the Island, but this seemed to be the best.

Lucinda and her team as well as the entire property are just awesome: so friendly, helping out with anything they can, everything set up with so much love - from the well-curated book with all kinds of information one might need as a guest, to the awesome jungle garden and nicely set up and spacious rooms. A bit outside busy San Pedro downtown - which we perceived as a true bliss after having stayed there before moving over to Belize Budget Suites.

Loved the bungalow with the private pool and seaview. It was quiet and relaxing. It was exciting to see crabs, eagle ray and fish in the water. We rented a golf cart and explored the place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Emanuele was terrific..professional, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable and we had an AMAZING view of the sea from our second floor, private balcony. The location was fantastic near many excellent restaurants. The property, pool, gounds, landscaping were attractive and clean. Many "snowbirds", all very friendly.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Caye Casa. The property is absolutely picturesque and amazing. The location is perfect, right next to heart of town but off the beaten path on the beach, and within easy walk of some of the best bars and restaurants you will ever find. The staff are just out of this world, giving you 5* service at 3* value.... Besides the value there is nothing 3* about this property definitely 4-5* all around. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. The cleaning staff are first rate. They definitely take immense pride in what they do, and always so happy and eager to take care of anything you may need. From extra towels, laundry services to just sweeping your front porch and steps of pesky sand. They are happy to be of service. Thank you so much Marta and Cindy. The front desk service is spot on. From greeting us as soon as we arrived with ice cold complimentary beers. To happily changing out our drinking water bottles every time they were empty. Shane may have been the newest member of the staff. But he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Acted as if he had years of experience and not just a few weeks. Jake the manager is what you would expect from a new York 5* concierge. He is the heart of this property. Your happiness is his number one priority. If there is anything you need all you need is ask Jake. I don't think there is anyone living on San Pedro Jake doesn't know and that they don't love him. From the best bar food, relaxed beach front dinning to the most upscale dinning. Jake can set you up and will make sure to get you a table. If your wanting to take an excursion Jake knows the best people that can take you. Thank you Jake and the rest of your fabulous staff. We are anxious to make our return trip soon.

Treetops Hotel erbjuder boende i Caye Caulker, bara 21 km från San Pedro och 33 km från Belize City. Alla rum har en platt-TV. Boendet erbjuder en resedisk. I had an amazing experience! Audre was a perfect host and was available at all times, even helped me figure out the ferry back to Mexico. She also was gracious enough to let me do a late check out as I had ti before the ferry left. the free bikes were a great addition the rooms were super clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. highly highly recommend!!

Excellent room with amenities. Great staff. Excellent service; we were allowed to do early check in. Breakfast was nice and appreciated.
