La Fleur de Lys is housed in a 350 year-old building right in the centre of the medieval town of Gruyère, 400 metres from Gruyère Castle, the Giger Museum and the Tibet Museum. I do not remember when was the last time I gave 10 in all categories (and I travel a lot), but this place and its team really deserve it. Warm & cosy (even fire on the fire place), with excellent food and friendly staff... this place exceeded our expectations and became one of the highlights of the trip. Once again THANK YOU for the stay :)

Hotelul Cailler este conectat direct printr-un hol subteran cu Gruyère Spa. Oferă camere fermecătoare în stil rustic și preparate rafinate. Spacious and very clean room, very friendly staff, the hot pools were awesome, very tasty breakfast and dinner, the kids loved the VIP cards for free chocolate . Good location, not far from Gruyere old town, the chocolate factory in Broc and some beautiful nature spots. The music playing on Sunday was very nice. We would love to stay there again!

Situated on the edge of Gruyères, the Hôtel de Gruyères offers you quiet rooms with balconies decorated in rustic style, and free WiFi access. Spacious room with a comfy double, upgraded for a balcony view. Everything was clean, the staff were super helpful. 2 minutes from the main town. If I visited again, I would 100% stay here.

If you are booking a stay in the hotel, you should not miss to have dinner in the nice restaurant, Beside the great atmosphere I was impressed by the young and friendly crew running the place. I would certainly chose le tonnelier again, should I stay another time in Bulle.

The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
