Set in a 12th-Century building, this hotel offers spa facilities and elegant rooms overlooking gardens and the beautiful Tauber Valley. It stands on the edge of Rothenburg’s Medieval town centre. Breakfast was excellent.There was a choice of bottled juices, fresh fruit salad , a variety of hams, smoked salmon and eggs cooked to ones liking. The breads offered were varied and fresh as were the butters and jams. Coffee was lovely and tea was offered as was still and sparkling water. Everything was of the highest standard as was the service.
