All personnel was great. The bathroom was fit for a pharaoh. Breakfast was great, and so was dinner. In fact, it was the place I ate in Egypt (it is international cuisine).

This Steigenberger hotel is situated in the heart of Luxor and provides modern accommodation with stunning views of the Nile. The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. Hotel je čist, urejen in prostoren. Osebje se neizmerno trudi, vsi so zelo prijazni, izpolnijo vam vsako željo, ki jo izrečeš naglas. Hrana je odlična, še zlasti v italijanski in libanonski restavraciji. Pogled na Nil je dih jemajoč. Vse osebje hotela je iskreno prijazno - od recepcije, sobarjev, nosačev prtljage do natakarjev in zaposlenih na bazenu. Po prijaznosti želim izpostaviti Abdullaha v italijanski restavraciji in Ahmeda v El habushu ter kuharja Yehya v El habushu, ki pride do vsake mize v restavraciji in goste vpraša, kako so zadovoljni s hrano. Njihova prijaznost ni narejena, ampak je pristna. Omeniti moram še SPA center, kjer sva dvakrat koristila masažo. Tudi SPA center je urejen in čist. Maserja Gabel in Mona sta odlična, masirata pošteno celoten čas, ki je za masažo dogovorjen. Na tem mestu naj omenim še Mina, ki naju je prepričal, da sva SPA center sploh obiskala.

Hassan is an incredible person who genuinely cares about his guests and tries to make them happy in every possible way. This is a kind of place where you artive as a guest and leave as a friend. Hassan's commitment to his guests is truly inspiring. He is always available for any questions and advice, and yet is always diplomatic and soft-spoken. Hassan also has a great sense of humour and talking with him is always a delight, in addition - his English language skills are fantastic. The hotel is located near the ferry dock and sees quite a bit of traffic - you are going to experience a real part of Luxor. It is a great place to stay for independent travellers who are looking for an authentic experience without tourist crowds. The rooms are basic, but super clean and very spacious, the linen and towels are all clean and fresh; the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable as well. You also have a very kind employee Mohammed to look after you - he is always helpful, attentive, and does a great job keeping everything clean and safe. The price for this place is also excellent. The hotel has a large rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Nile. This is also where a lunch bufet is available frim 11a.m. to 3 p.m. We tried the food there, and were also very happy with the selection, price, and attitude. Yes, we were VERY happy with this hotel team, and could HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to those travellers who appreciate a genuine local hospitality!

Nastanitev Rose Guest House se nahaja v mestu Luxor, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Medinet Habu Temple, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter teraso. A oasis of peace. Great tranquil place to stay and not just see all that Luxor has to offer, but also to relax. All the staff were very kind and attentive, the food was good and plentiful. If you need a tour or transportation, it will be organized reliably for a fair price, but nobody pushes you to buy anything. Some sights are even in walking distance. Absolutely safe for solo female travellers. If I ever come back to Luxor, I'll choose this place again!

Staff made everything they could to make us feel very welcomed. Great breakfast, and probably best Nile views you would ever get for your stay in Luxor. We want to come back! Located directly next to Madinet Habou Temple, Nour El Balad is located in Luxor. Wi-Fi access is available. It offers mud brick houses with cosy and traditional rooms nestled in a palm grove. Authenticity-Set amongst the Theban hills and Nile agricultural area. Simple, cosy, mud brick cottage with nice garden and rooftop to enjoy the panoramic views. Abdul is super friendly and can help with whatever you need. We booked a hot air balloon tour through him. He is also an excellent chef and the home cooked meals we had at Nour El Balad was the best food we had in Egypt. Duck, chicken, kofta were all superb.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens, Al Baeirat Hotel is located on the banks of the Nile. Featuring a swimming pool, a shopping arcade and a 24-hour front desk that offers ironing services. Everything! absolutely everything is great! The peace that you feel is amazing; no noise, not too many people, amazing food and amazing staff. Plus, the Bungalows are lovely. The owner and all the staff are friendly and willing to help, the cleaning staff leaves a lovely towel made animal form on your bed; they offer tours and they have their own boat that takes you to the East Bank. The view is amazing too, we are absolutely happy and satisfied with the place. Thanks a lot!!!

Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor. It’s simply breathtaking. The architecture, the furniture, the art…everything is amazing. The staff is very nice and professional and it as ll starts with Thomas, the general manager who gives very personal attention to every detail.
