The facilities were super new and well cared for, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was really attentive. I recommended it with my eyes closed!

The Location is very good & close to the Mall of Arabia, Mr. Esam & his brother are super friendly and helpful. The Room is very clean & they are taking care of the details. When i visited the Villa they were doing reinuvation & the whole front elevation was under work in progress, so Mr. Esam upgraded my room just for that and to make me feel relaxed. Thank you Team.

Pyramids Desert Gate Hotel features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in ‘Ezbet `Abd el-Ḥamîd. Amazing place, with great view of the pyramids, in a quiet and safe area. Manager Aladdin goes out of his way to make sure you feel happy, he offers a generous complimentary breakfast, free laundry service, at one stage he even organized the house delivery of a few bottles of beer for me. Wow! And finally he also organized a private early morning transfer to the airport.
