We absolutely loved the Bear Hotel and always make reservations there when we visit Wales. The rooms are charming with a mix of old and modern furniture, the bathrooms are updated and the showers have good water pressure, important if you have long hair! The breakfast is served in an adorable restaurant immediately across the st with delicious coffee and an array of breakfast foods , cooked to order. The owner and his staff are incredibly attentive and you are not rushed at all! Everything is quaint and charming as well as delicious!

The Mount Rooms is set in Barry, 6 km from Penmark Castle and 6 km from Fonmon Castle. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site on a first come, first serve basis. Great location, near the airport, fair price, perfectly comfortable room with everything necessary in it. Couldn't ask for more

Situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside, Celtic International Hotel is less than a mile away from Cardiff International Airport. location is super convenient, next to Cardiff airport and stuff is super nice

Haveli Hotel ligger i hjärtat av företagsparkerna i Pontyclun, inom 15 minuters bilresa från både Cardiff och Swansea. I have been stopping here every year for the past 6years around the same time for the autumn internationals it a good standard budget hotel close to railway 20min walk for a 20min train ride to Cardiff meaning I don't have to drive to Cardiff , and they are well accomodating I call up at 21:50 to say that we are returning later than expected and if there was any chance of food and the wait for us and cook a meal for us, what more can you ask for. Défi recommended . Especially for those that don't want to pay ridiculous price .

In 22 acres of scenic grounds. Just off the M4, the hotel is surrounded by Mid Glamorgan countryside. The charming bedrooms at Miskin Manor Hotel boast period features and elegant decor. Staff, food, atmosphere, parking, wifi... everything was lovely. Very homely, warm hotel.

Denna stora viktorianska byggnad har karaktär. Det ligger 40 minuter från Cardiffs centrum och 20 minuter från Cardiffs internationella flygplats, och mindre än 3,2 km från stranden. Close to pub which is downstairs but no noise coming from there whatsoever.
