Las Rocas Resort and Dive Center is a waterfront property located on West Bay Beach, on the beautiful island of Roatan. It offers a plunge pool, tropical gardens and a Padi-certified diving school. Everything, really. I have not one complaint. I felt very at home at Las Rocas.
