Everything was nice about this hotel. Our hotel room was spacious and we had a stunning bathroom. There were also lots of amenities. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive. We also loved the skypool and the pool on the 6th floor. The gym has good equipment and you can train with a nice view. The staff were so friendly! Especially Fenny & Alfa. They were so friendly and helpful and their service was amazing. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay incredible. We would definitely come back when we visit Jakarta again.

We arrived as scheduled from Malang to Gubaeng Train Station then to Four Points. Checking in was easy and fast. The hotel located jointed to Surabaya biggest Shopping Mall. The room was excellently comfortable and spacious. The breakfast restaurant located at level M3, easily accessible and the food was fantastic. We met with Chef Hidayat, he was very professional and polite. Serving us and checking on us to ensure we had a great time even during breakfast. We also get a glimpse and the hospitality serve by restaurant Captain, Ms Diah. She was very nice and making sure all our needs are attended to and making sure that we're comfortable with the food, setting and ambiance. Great job to the hotel restaurant staffs.

We had a dream stay at the Marriott Hotel in Yogyakarta from the beginning until the end of our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect: the room was big and cosy with a huge and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was from another world: so many options that it would take you a long time just to check what they had to offer. The food was excellent and the staff was going out of their way to try and satisfy every one of your needs, which made us feel very special. The swimming pool was beautiful with a jacuzzi section and the main part which was big enough to swim for trained swimmers, which was very pleasant. We had massages twice and both masseuses were amazing and very professional. We loved our stay!
