Boasting a garden, bar and views of city, The Langham, Jakarta is situated in Jakarta, 700 metres from Pacific Place. Breakfast was excellent. Although a bit crowded at some point but there were available seating on the 2nd floor of the restaurant. Also, we were allowed late check out at 6:00pm, free of charge, since our flight was scheduled at 1:00AM. That alone was customer service at its finest. Thank you Langham Jakarta!

I order city view room. But when I check in, they gave me a room with *NO VIEW*, the room face toward a wall. Room No. 376. After complain to the front desk, they quickly solved the problem and changed my room into a room with really city view. Although I was not happy in the begining, their attitude and respect to the guests really made me feel great in the end.
