It is conveniently located at the entrance to the town, just above the train station. The decor is very special and unique. The hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, include a nicely equipped kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. Each floor is decorated differently and tastefully. The pool looks nice too though sadly wasn’t usable when I visited.

Gentle and dedicated staff always ready to help you especially Mr Ziad on front desk. Perfect comfy and beautiful rooms with nice balcony and bathroom. Convenient and beautiful swimming pool and free parking lot included. Also if you will stay there please don't forget to feed a lovely white and tigered 3 months lonely kitten at the entrance steps of the hotel (and ADOPT Him if you can) Having lost his mother he really deserves it! I am Mr. Jalal Masa’deh from Jordan. I visited Tiberias and booked a hotel, as it was one of the most beautiful areas that I visited. I visited many countries, but I felt happy with the good reception in Tiberias and the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel services were more than wonderful and everything was wonderful. One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

The cabins and location are beautiful. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub in the room was very nice. It was cold in the area and the heater worked very well.

Kfar Blum is a series of buildings spread over a green campus. Our rooms were on the second floor, walk up. The facilities were modern, clean and the rooms were very spacious. A highlight was the impressive breakfast spread - it would take a week to try everything there.

The room was quiet as requested with a nice welcome gift( special case of chocolates/pralines) and wine. The pool was great , arriving in the middle of the week , I had the pool for myself for 2 hours. Breakfast buffet was also great !

Breakfast was excellent. Very good service. Many waiters all smiling and happy to offer us more drinks/cheese/dessert. They were all fantastic. Keep it up! Also the front desk person who checked us in (David - I think or Daniel?). He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely sweet and caring. He called us a cab and made sure we did not miss it. He also made sure we were comfortable in our room multiple times. He is a fantastic employee and you should make sure to credit him for our enjoyable stay!
