Exceeded expectations when they brought complimentary coffee one day, delicious pizza another and a cold bottle of water for the road when I left. Refrigerator in room and excellent working a/c are definitely appreciated. Good hygiene. Above all, I feel safe

It can be quite warm even here in winter so the fans certainly helped. We used their sister hotels pool a couple of times which was rooms was great. Would definitely return.

Loved the hotel. It had plenty of space inside along with a children's play area and pool. My son loved playing there. The room was amazing, and the bathroom and shower experience was wonderful. The bouffet and in-room dining was cheaper than we expected and food was really delicious. We went there in our EV and there was an EV charging station just 2.5 KM away. There was ample parking space both underground and outside (within hotel premises). Having an EV, we wanted to park in the shade, and the guards helped us with that every day. Our whole stay was made exceptional by the friendly and helpful staff and all the conveniences provided within the premises.

From the outside, it looked barren. But, the rooms were comfy. Courteous staff. But, we did not get the buggy a couple of times - all drivers were at lunch or something. Other than that pretty courteous staff. Checking in and out was not complicated. Rooms had all the amenities I had anticipated for. Was not a big fan of the food there. (But, the Bfast options were good.) So, we ate out in Pondicherry. But, the room service was good. They made a mistake in our 1st lunch order But, were honest enough to accept the mistake and quickly rectified it for us. bonus points for that. Not all the attractions were operational there - Under renovation. But, we had a good time there and the drive back and forth to Pondi. Once all amenities are operational, will surely want to go back and experience them.
