It's like a beachside California inn transported to the very north of Iceland. The staff are excellent and friendly, the rooms are fresh, with great views over the Siglufjordur fjord, the breakfast choice is good and features quite a few homemade and non-standard items. It's also worth booking a table for dinner, as the food is delicious. We had our best seafood soup there.

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. A rave review for the Laxa Hotel!!!! Best food during our two-week Ring Road drive, lovely room, friendly and helpful staff. Our stay here was perfection! (We are on the waiting list for next year!!!)

This family owned hotel is located at 3,8 kms away from Godafoss waterfall, and offers modern guest rooms with private bathroom. Free private parking is available. Location is really just a few kilometers from Godafoss, in a tranquil land. Room was really bigger than expected, own shower and toilet, which is great. Breakfast was perfect too.

I really enjoyed my stay .I loved their hospitality. the hosts were kind enough to drop us to the bus stop nearby as we did not have a car . Their pool is amazing during the night. Overall amazing stay and lovely hosts.

This hotel is situated on Lake Myvatn, 3.3 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Centrally located to all the things around Mývatn Lake. Nice staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.
