The staff are amazing , the facilities at the hotel are awesome, everything is new . The rooms are spotless with everything you need . we booked 2 triple sleepers . The breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs and you get a massive choice , the cheese ,yogurt and butter is home made from organic ingredients . finally Haja who booked us in , Khalid who then took over and Yousef the owner were fantastic -they are genuine people persons who go out of their ways to help .they came to pick us up from the CTM station after we couldnt get taxis as we were delayed and yousef even booked us a taxi to Fes and negotiated the fare based on local rated - overall 10/10 jazakallah for your help and hospitality .

The hotel has a classic feel to it. The environment was very calm and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The land out the back of the hotel is vast and is excellent to be enjoyed in the sun - for the price this is absolutely unmatched from anywhere I have ever stayed. Top marks for value just to enjoy this. A couple of the reviews comment on yellowed apparatus and the rooms needing restoration - while the feel is not contemporary it has its own unique charm, and as a tourist this is something to be revelled in - and is as clean as anywhere else I have been. Ouzoud has kept a traditional, dated charm which should appeal to many. The staff are very attentive and speak English enough to get by in a city that there is very little English spoken. I feel my review on my stay is not only specific to me as a solo traveller - with spacious rooms and beyond making it suitable for families also.
