Jalal, the manager's professional and genuine attention to guest's comfort and relaxation, in my view is the magic ingredient. He anticipated my needs and managed my expectations brilliantly. Additionally, all support staff not directly related to customer care acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. I tried to extend my stay there but unfortunately there were no vacancies.
